    [ Installation and commissioning of solder paste mixer ]

1. Please place the machine on a tabletop or ground with stable level, adjust the four cups of the machine to level

   Avoid abnormal sound or shaking when stirring at high speed

2. Please check that the service voltage specification (AC220V) of the machine is the same as that of the mains voltage specification, consistent Switch on the single-phase 220V power supply

3. Please confirm whether any screws are loose and there should be no foreign matter in the machine plate to avoid hair raw collision

5. Make sure the machine is placed smoothly

6. Place the tin to be stirred completely into the fixture of the machine, Stir two 1000G solder paste cans simultaneously

7. Please turn the tin around with your hand, confirm there will be no collision, cover the upper cover of the machine and turn on the power  

8. Adjust the panel time control to a better mixing time, about 3-5 minutes, depending on the brand and situation of the solder paste

9. After press the start switch, the operation indicator light is on. The machine starts to stir automatically at high speed until it stops automatically
   Open the cover and automatically cut off the power supply.

10. After the operation is completed, the operation stops, and the display screen shows the actual stirring time  

11. If you want to stop the machine during operation, press the power switch, stop and cancel the operation

1.  Operation steps

2.  After debugging, open the upper cover of the machine and  confirm that there is no foreign body in the machine

3.  Turn the Angle of the solder paste fixture of the machine and place the tin to be stirred into the machine fixture

4.  Please turn the tin around by hand to make sure there will be no collision. Close the top cover of the machine Cover and turn on the power switch

5.  Adjust the setting time on the panel to a better mixing time, depending on the brand of solder paste

6.  After press the start switch, the operation indicator light is on.The machine starts to stir automatically at high speed until it stops automatically

7.  After the operation is completed, the operation stops, and the display screen shows the actual stirring time. Make sure the top cover is opened after 

    the machine stops running, and take off the solder paste jar on the fixture. At this time, the solder paste softened and stirred evenly can be used

8.  If you want to stop the machine during operation, press the power switch to stop and cancel it.

9. Open the upper cover during operation, and the machine will stop running automatically. Press the start switch again if you want to continue mixing operation after the upper cover is closed.

10. When the production quantity is finished, turn off the power switch

11. Matters needing attention

12. If you want to open the upper cover of the machine after the production operation, you must wait until the machine stops completely before opening it.

13. The weight difference between the solder paste cans or weights on the left and right fixtures should not exceed 100 grams.
     Otherwise, it will make the machine shake when stirring at high speed, please try to avoid it;
